Reporting
At CLA, we believe that agreeing on service levels and their monitoring and reporting is fundamental to any contract. Key performance measures and regular reporting are critical to successful implementation and ongoing relationships, and CLA excels in this area.

    • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Developed and emailed to your designated representatives.
    • Regular Review Meetings: Initially held monthly and then quarterly, or as agreed upon, to discuss service performance.
    • Issue Resolution: All service issues, failures, and challenges are addressed promptly, with appropriate actions taken.
    • Future Planning: Review meetings also provide an opportunity to discuss upcoming work, volume forecasts, and any special requirements needed to complete tasks.
Incident Reporting and Corrective Action

In the event that corrective action is necessary, a comprehensive report will be compiled, including:

  • Incident Details: A clear description of what occurred.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Identification of the underlying cause.
  • Recovery Actions: Steps taken to address and resolve the incident.
  • Preventative Measures: Strategies to prevent recurrence.

All incidents will be reported to management immediately. A detailed report will be created and sent to your management within 24 hours of the incident.

    • Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) incidents
